Meet Virginia Kuhn, LPC
Co-Founder, Therapist, Supervisor, and Mom
At Bloom & Breathe Therapy, we believe that meaningful therapy begins with genuine connection. Today, we're excited to introduce one of our co-founders, Virginia Kuhn, LPC.
Virginia is a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Arizona and Wyoming and providing telehealth services in Idaho. She specializes in treating anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, life transitions, and perinatal mental health concerns. Her approach combines evidence-based therapies with a thoughtful, collaborative style tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Virginia's clinical interests include:
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Anxiety and Panic Disorders
Trauma and PTSD
Pregnancy and Postpartum Mental Health
Women's Mental Health
Life Transitions and Identity Changes
Depression and Mood Disorders
She incorporates therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and person-centered care.
As both a therapist and a mother, Virginia understands firsthand how overwhelming life's transitions can feel. Whether someone is navigating intrusive thoughts, anxiety, trauma, postpartum challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves, she strives to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.
Virginia's approach balances compassion with practical tools. She believes therapy should not only provide insight but also help clients build meaningful skills that create lasting change outside the therapy room.
When she's not working with clients, Virginia enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, skiing, trail running, traveling, and enjoying life in Wyoming.
Virginia co-founded Bloom & Breathe Therapy with a shared vision: to create a practice where clients receive thoughtful, evidence-based care while feeling genuinely seen and supported through every season of life.
If you're looking for support with anxiety, OCD, trauma, postpartum mental health, or life's many transitions, Virginia would be honored to be part of your journey.
We look forward to connecting with you.
