Thoughtful supervision and consultation for clinicians committed to meaningful growth.

Our Clinician Services

  • Two women sitting at a table having a conversation, each holding a blue mug, with laptops open in front of them, in a bright room with large windows, plants, and a cityscape view.

    Clinical Supervision

We offer clinical supervision for associate-level therapists and intern clinicians seeking thoughtful guidance, professional growth, structure, and ethical support. Supervision is grounded in evidence-based practice, case conceptualization, skill practice, and documentation development. Our approach is collaborative and encouraging, helping clinicians strengthen confidence, deepen clinical insight, and grow into their professional identity with integrity and competence.

    Clinician Consultation

We provide consultation services for licensed therapists and helping professionals seeking additional support with complex cases, treatment planning, specialty areas, documentation, private practice development, or professional decision-making. Consultation offers a space to think critically, refine clinical strategies, and gain perspective from experienced peers. Our style is practical, respectful, and rooted in current best practices so clinicians can feel more supported in the work they do.

How we can help

  • We believe quality supervision and consultation should be both supportive and clinically rigorous. Our approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in evidence-based practice, ethical decision-making, and professional growth. We aim to create a space where developing and established clinicians feel respected, challenged, and encouraged as they strengthen confidence and clinical skill.

Whether through supervision or consultation, we focus on thoughtful case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation standards, risk assessment, and sustainable professional development. Our goal is to help clinicians grow with clarity, competence, and integrity while feeling supported in the important work they do.

  • We work with practicum students, internship students, associate therapists, and fully licensed therapists located in Arizona as well as fully licensed therapists located in Wyoming. Starting April 2027, we will also open applications for practicum and internship students located in Wyoming.
