Care tailored to you, grounded in what works.
Our Client Services
-

Anxiety
Anxiety can impact thoughts, emotions, sleep, and your ability to feel present in daily life. Stress may build gradually through work demands, family responsibilities, caregiving, parenthood, or ongoing uncertainty. We provide evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients better understand anxiety patterns, develop coping strategies, regulate the nervous system, and move through life with greater steadiness and confidence.
-

Life Transitions
Change can be stressful. Career shifts, relocation, marriage, divorce, grief, infertility, becoming a parent, identity changes, and evolving family roles can create uncertainty and emotional strain. Therapy can offer a grounded space to process change, clarify values, strengthen coping tools, and move into the next season of life with greater confidence and intention.
-

Perinatal Mental Health
The transition into parenthood can bring joy, vulnerability, and significant emotional change. Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, parenthood, and identity shifts can all affect mental health in meaningful ways to both men and women. We offer specialized, evidence-based support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship strain, and adjustment during the reproductive and parenting years, with care that is thoughtful, respectful, and grounded.
-

Depression
Depression often affects more than mood. It can show up as fatigue, irritability, loss of motivation, disconnection, hopelessness, or difficulty engaging in daily life. Our clinicians offer compassionate, clinically informed care, including CBT and DBT, to help clients address underlying contributors, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with meaning, energy, and supportive relationships at a pace that feels manageable.
-

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can feel exhausting and isolating, often involving intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors that interfere with daily life. We provide evidence-based treatment, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), to help clients reduce compulsions, build tolerance for uncertainty, and reclaim time and energy from OCD.
-

Trauma & PTSD
Trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) may stem from a single event or from repeated experiences over time. We provide trauma-informed therapy, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We prioritize safety, pacing, and nervous system regulation while helping clients process difficult experiences, reduce symptoms, and build a stronger sense of resilience and control.
-

Women’s Mental Health
Women often navigate unique emotional and relational demands across different stages of life. Hormonal changes, fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, caregiving responsibilities, relationship stress, career pressures, perimenopause, menopause and shifting identity can all impact wellbeing. We provide thoughtful, evidence-based therapy to support women in reducing distress, deepening self-understanding, and creating a more sustainable sense of balance and wellness.
How we can help
-
We believe therapy should feel both supportive and clinically effective. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions. We value a collaborative process where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered. Treatment is individualized, practical, and rooted in helping clients create sustainable progress.
-
We work with adults, young adults, and adolescents seeking support through a wide range of emotional and relational concerns. Our practice specializes in perinatal mental health and women’s emotional wellness, offering thoughtful care for both men and women navigating fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, pregnancy loss, identity changes, and the evolving demands of parenthood. We also provide evidence-based treatment for anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or simply feeling overwhelmed in your current season of life, therapy can offer a grounded space for healing, clarity, and meaningful growth.
-
We offer individual therapy sessions in a supportive, confidential setting designed to help clients feel comfortable and at ease. Sessions are typically 53–60 minutes and may be held in person in Lander, Wyoming or Phoenix, Arizona, or through secure telehealth via SimplePractice, depending on clinician availability and licensure. Treatment frequency is determined collaboratively based on clinical needs and goals, with many clients beginning weekly sessions and adjusting over time as progress is made. Reach out to learn more.

Fees vary by clinician, licensure level, and service type. We accept several major insurance plans (Aetna, UHC, Cigna, BCBS, Tricare) and also offer private-pay options. If we are out-of-network with your plan, we may be able to provide documentation for potential reimbursement depending on your benefits, such as a super-bill. Please contact us with any questions regarding coverage, fees, or scheduling availability.
-
We begin by offering a free 15-minute phone consultation with a therapist at our practice. This initial conversation gives you the opportunity to ask questions, share what brings you to therapy, and determine whether the therapist feels like a good fit for your needs and goals.
During the consultation, we can also review insurance eligibility, discuss scheduling availability, and answer questions about the therapy process. If another clinician within our practice may be a better fit, or if scheduling, insurance, or specialty needs cannot be accommodated, we are happy to help connect you with another therapist at Bloom & Breathe or provide an external referral whenever possible.
Once scheduled, clients will complete intake documents through our secure client portal, SimplePractice, for the therapist to review prior to the first session. This helps your therapist begin understanding your history, current concerns, and goals before you meet.
During the initial intake session, you and your therapist will review relevant background information, discuss therapeutic goals, complete any appropriate assessments, and determine a diagnosis when clinically indicated. Together, you will develop an individualized treatment plan that guides the therapy process.
Treatment frequency is based on your unique needs, preferences, and clinical goals, and is determined collaboratively with your therapist. Ongoing sessions are considered follow-up appointments where you will continue working toward meaningful progress, symptom relief, and lasting change.
