Yes. We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help determine fit, answer questions, review insurance or fees, and discuss scheduling. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help connect you with another provider.

Your initial session is a comprehensive intake. We’ll review your history, clarify goals, complete any needed assessments, and begin developing a treatment plan together.

Session frequency is individualized based on your needs and goals. Many clients start with weekly sessions and adjust over time.

Therapy sessions are generally 53 - 55 minutes long. You can ask your therapist for shorter or longer sessions in advance of the appointment.

We accept select insurance plans, which vary by clinician and location. Accepted plans are listed on each therapist’s profile.

You may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. We can provide documentation (a superbill) for reimbursement depending on your plan.
