I view therapy as a collaborative experience in which clients walk alongside their counselor throughout their healing journey. I strive to provide an empathic, grounded space where individuals can process painful experiences and emotions and begin to heal.​

I believe in using tailored, evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. I integrate modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic principles to help clients work through their struggles, reconnect with their authentic selves, and enhance their overall well-being.
